Hand-harvested sea salt collected from the Atlantic Coast of Spain.

This salt is collected by hand during the hottest months of the year. The salt-makers scrape only the top layer of salt, before it sinks to the bottom of the natural salt pools.

It is 100% natural with a neutral smell and NO additives.

The Sea Salt is smoked using different types of wood, predominantly oak. This complements the salty taste with a light flavor and intense smoke aroma. Recommended for meat, fish, vegetables and poultry.
